ASICАвстралийская комиссия по ценным бумагам и инвестициям (ASIC) объявила об аннулировании лицензии Advamode Financial Pty Ltd. Advamode Financial предоставляла брокерские на рынке FOREX и CFD. Аннулирование лицензии было проведено по просьбе Advamode: 4 мая компания заявила о своем банкротстве, 20 июня решение об отзыве лицензии вступило в силу.
Отзыв лицензии и банкротство Advamode, нарушившей лицензионные условия оказания финансовых услуг, это результат действий ASIC. Клиентам Advamode , имеющим претензии к данной компании, рекомендуется незамедлительно обращаться с жалобами в контролирующий орган. С официальным заявлением ASIC можно ознакомиться на сайте финансового регулятора.
Напомним, что Австралийская комиссия по ценным бумагам и инвестициям является главным и единственным государственным регулятором на территории страны. Стоит отметить, что задачей ASIC является не только контроль за работй финансовых компаний, но и выявление различного рода мошеннических схем. В Австралии достаточно жесткие требования к уставному капиталу : с 2014 года минимальный уставной капитал брокерской компании не может быть менее миллиона автралийских долларов, для компаний, предоставляющих услуги по торговле на ECN/STP счетах минимальный уставной капитал значительно меньше — 50 000 австралийских долларов.
